We all understand how difficult it is to be a girl in the teenage nowadays. By itself, being a girl is a tough task, as our mind is 24/7 confused and we have to deal with the "girly-things" (such as period), and these are not the only problems. There are two types of problems:
1. those which exist (that may be family, financial, health etc. issues)
2. those which exist only in our mind. We get worried over things that may don't even matter, but for us, they consist our whole existence and it all comes from
overthinking.
Let's describe a school day of a girl in this year practically: she wakes up in the morning, usually not early, gets prepared for school, goes to school, returns home, eats lunch, goes for extra lessons, studies for the next day, checks her social-media and goes to sleep. That doesn't sounds really fun, huh? Because it's not, it's actually really boring, But it's not the boredome that we can't stand, but the pressure, stress, anxiety, depression, sadness, disorders, bad mood, psycological damage.

Now, let's describe
how it really is for us: we wake up in the morning, but our bed is so comfy and warm and we can't get out of it. We are also tired, cause we didn't get enough sleep. So that leads to us being late for school. We have a quick breakfast (most of the girls eat nothing) and we are getting prepared. We get on the bus/on foot/our parents drive us to school, where we know we have to face the pressure from teachers, hate from other teens (both boys and girls), even bullying. We enter the school, we go to meet our friends, we have our classes we are looking forward to get out of there. As we finally end up home, we start thinking about everything that (doesn't) happen(s) and we are trying to get along with the homework/after-school lessons. When it's time to sleep, we often don't go to bed early, as we are online or we're trying to finish our homework. And that happens every single day for 3-4 years. Ok, you can say that we have summer and Christmas holidays and weekends, but have you seen what in going on in our minds? I mean, they are the most coplicated places and it's scary sometimes. Our mood can change for one moment to the other, we can be really excited about something and then be reminded about something that pisses us off or makes us sad and worried.
As far as I'm concerned, my mind is literally a mess. And there are many issues I think of. Some examples are:
- crush
- friends
- future
- loneliness
- fangirling
- family
- appearance (body, face, clothes)
- diet/health
quite a few, right? and there are much more than that!
WARNING!
I decided to do *separated posts* about these issues every second week -maybe- and I need your ideas and support! Tell me what makes you freak-out in your life, how you feel about it, what you're doing to face it, how important it is for your performance in every day life and everything about this issue!
