EXAMS ADVICE

Hello everybody! This is for sure the hardest period for all high-schoolers and, as I am one too, I can say that I am kinda nervous and stressed. The good thing is that summer is coming and school will be over for about three months! I have a piece of advice that I'm trying to follow and I decided to share it with you, as I haven't written and advice post for ages!
First of all, the most important is to be as less stressed as you can. For some people, anxiety is part of their everyday life and, in exams period, their stress is getting worse. I am not an expert as far as anxiety is concerned, but I believe that if you have positive and optimistic thoughs, you will get (hopefully) through this. Also, if you have studied through the whole school year, you don't have to be afraid about failing. It's impossible to learn everything in a couple of days before the exams start. Working during semesters will make studying for finals easier. Secondly, you should try to read as many of the subjects as you can. It will be helpful if you take some notes in your notebook, to make you remember the basic from every subject. What I haven't done yet, but I think it's a cool idea is to study with a friend. That way, you get to discuss with him/her and you may understand some parts that you weren't sure you got during lessons.
Something that I find the most essential of all is to sleep and eat well. Do not go late to sleep and then being tired while giving exams. Also, skipping meals will have negative effects to your energy and memory. In addition, be sure to take 10-minutes breaks while studying, as it helps your mind be clearer. Rub your eyes, stretch and have a quick snack and you will feel more energetic and willing to study.
Here is a post that one of my favorite youtubers, Marcus Butler, uploaded and it is very important:

I believe this statement is so motivating and he is absolutely right. We should try to enjoy our lives, because these exams will mean nothing in 10 years. Yes, some people's lives depend on these exams because they wanna go to college, but there is a range of things you can do and be successful. That is not to say that you have to stop studying and be bad at school. It is good to try as much as you can and to know what your goals are.
I'm sure that you'll do great and you'll ace your finals! Be confident, relaxed and everything will be alright! It's not the end of your life xxx Good luck!
