SUNDAY'S TRIBUTE : JUSTIN BIEBER

#Beliebers all over the world! This post is about our sexy and talented man, Justiiin! I'm so excited that I'm writing about him cause he's a big inspiration for me and his music helps he through difficult times and cheers me up! I feel bad when I remember that I used to dislike him and I wish I wouldn't! This made me realise that I cannot judge someone without getting to know him first. I am now really proud to call myself a belieber, even though I wasn't there from the start, I love him with all my
heart! So, how did I start liking him? Well, I can't remember, BUT I once noticed that I was singing to "As long as you love me" and "Boyfriend" about a year ago and I was like "omg these songs are perfect! how can I don't like Justin?!". And when he collaborated with my favorite Nicki Minaj, I said "yep! I'm gonna learn more about this man!" I found some old posters of him that I was keeping in a folder and my room was full of them! I started talking about him to my friends and made them love him, too! Some month later, I asked my bestie to go to the cinema to watch the "Believe" movie and I felt so thrilled! When I got home, I downloaded all his songs and, till the end of the week, I could sing at least half of his songs!  And then, "Journals" came out and I couldn't be happier as I've been waiting for so long for it!
Some of you may say that Justin is a bad guy, but what I have to tell you is, don't do the same mistake I made! Media show to you only the bad side, search more about him and you'll find out that he's an amazing person! He's just a teenager, who became the biggest star of his generation, sometimes he wasn't able to handle situations, but he made though it and continued doing what he loves: music. I'm not trying to convince you to be a fan of him, I want you to open your mind and find things out by yourself, don't always believe what others say. You may like him, you may not, it's just your personal view and I appreciate this. Anyway, some facts he teached me are:

  • to always be myself, no matter what others think
  • to have fun now that I'm young
  • to believe and keep trying to achieve my goals
  • to love with no limits
  • that success and popularity are difficult, but not impossible
My favorite Justin-song is "As long as you love me" and my favorite music album is "Journals". Yours? Lemme know in the comments below and don't forget to believe in you!

SUNDAY'S TRIBUTE : COLDPLAY

Hey readers! Sunday has come with a new tribute! You'll read about my love for a unique band that I like since I was such a little child at the elementary school. These 4 legends, Chris Martin, Jonny Buckland, Guy Berryman and Will Champion are the members of Coldplay, a band that's "writing" its own story in music. I'm a big lover of "alternative rock"/"pop rock" and I found "Coldplay" the most representative band of this genre. Sometimes I have the radio or tv on and a song starts and, even though I may not know it, I will recognize by the music that it's a Coldplay song and I think this is very important for every artist!

Ghost Stories

#FunFacts :

  • I'm listening their music since 2007 (or earlier, I can't remember!)
  • The first Coldplay-song I listened was "Clocks"
  • I became a fan when their album "Mylo Xyloto" came out, cause "Paradise" was my favorite song that time
  • My favorite song from "Ghost Stories"(=their latest album) is "Magic"
  • I can't choose only one favorite Coldplay-song
  • I don't own any of their albums (I really want them all)
  • Favorite music-video "True Love"

I don't know what's that one thing that makes them so fab because they have everything a true band must have. Incredible talent, magical music, Chris's voice is one of a kind, they play the instruments in a unique and beautiful way that no one do... They are, for sure, the best band of this century and, if you're not a fan of their music, you're missing something precious. Go ahead and love Coldplay!

8 TRACKS + FAB BLOGGER

Thanks to a blogger I really like, I found a new site that I'm in love! It's calles "8 tracks" and you can find lists of songs just by typing one word (or more!) For example, when I feel good, I type "happy" or "sad" when I'm down. You can also search for everything that comes on your mind (bands, a specific artist you like, morning-relaxing songs etc.) , explore it and let me know if you like it!
I created my first playlist there, you can visit it here ---> http://8tracks.com/fairyefi-13/in-love-with-life

Also, I wanna tell you about a blog I find really interesting and its owner is an amazing person, I love her fashion posts!! You can visit her blog here----->  http://notasocialcasualty.blogspot.gr/

SUNDAY'S TRIBUTE : TAYLOR SWIFT

This week's artist is the talented Taylor Swift! I'm officially a swiftie since 2012, when RED album came out. The first time I saw her was in 2009 in a magazine and I didn't knew she is such a great person. I became addicted to her music when I listened to "We are never ever getting back together" on MTV and I'm glad I had this opportunity!
Taylor at RED TOUR

 Some information about her :
  • born : 13/12/1989
  • full name : Taylor Alison Swift
  • she plays the : guitar, piano, banjo, ukulele
  • her albums : Taylor Swift, Fearless, Speak Now, Red, 1989 (coming soon!)
I love her for many reasons: When I first saw her, I though that she had a natural beauty, her hair are so pretty and her face and body is flawless! Also, she's a true artists who writes what's in her heart and all her songs are unique. Although she's one of the best and successful female singers, she stays humble and innocent, her personality is pure. She knows how to give life lessons though her lyrics and this is something that helps me a lot and, I'm sure, it helps everyone! She's a good friend of Ed Sheeran and their collab was one of the greatest things that ever happened! She is a philanthropist and she's doing it with all her passion. She's not only a singer/songwriter. She is a good actress too! And I love the work she's doing so much!!

If you're not a fan, for your personal reasons, I advice you to give her a chance and check at least one of her albums and you'll become a fan of her music very soon!

NEW IDEA!

Hey guys! Thanks for supporting my blog and I hope you like it! It's a little early for me to have many readers here, but you, my friends, say so positive comments! So, I have an idea and I need to know if you would like to see it happen. As a music lover, I have many favorite artists and I'd love to show them all! I decided to have an article every Sunday and show them one by one to you. I have already wrote about Ed Sheeran and One Direction, and I'll write more about them and others!
*(these will NOT be the only articles, we'll chat about other issues too!)

Do you fancy this idea? Let me know in the comments below!

Back to School!

This time of the year starts. Summer holidays have come to an end and, to be honest, I need a few more weeks. I'm not really excited about the new school year, although I'm going to high school for the first time and it is supposed to make me happy. I think I'm ready to face the anxiety of stydying
but I just don't want to be under pressure. So, as I said, I finished junior high school and I'm moving to high school! Maybe real fun starts now, maybe I'll meet new people, maybe I'll feel like I belong somewhere, maybe I'll find my first true love, maybe I'll get a better student... Who knows? Future is unexpected and this is a big change in my life.

  Some basic points-advice for school:

  • When in class:
  1. Raise your hand and state a view. Teachers will see that you enjoy the class and it will improve your grades.
  2. Always have your homework done. It shows that you're a consistent student.
  3. Although it's difficult, don't chat with your friends. (this is really hard for me actually!)
  • During the break:
  1. School is not only education. We made new friends and we become social. Be yourself and talk to people that you find interesting.. They may become your best friends, you never know!
  2. Eat a healthy snack. It will keep you active and you won't get tired easily.

The most important tip is to not stress up too much. It will block you from enjoying what you're doing. Although school is not a place that most teens like, we must be positive as years pass and one day, we'll no longer be students. School years include friendship and love, crushes and off-school activities. Try not to worry about everything. Life is not permanent, and so as bad moments. Be happy for who you are and what you achieve, work had for what you like and open your mind. What you're learning at school, will help you in your life. Gain as much as you can!

Bethany Mota

And now, for the girls! An issue we all consider about is "Outfit-Make up-Hair". The main point is to find the style that expresses yourself and fits your body. As far as I'm concerned, since last year I didn't care about how I look at school, but I was so wrong. I had to look pretty and feel confident about my appearance. I bought new fashionable clothes and shoes that I love and I started liking the idea of getting compliments about my outfit! I keep searching for more ideas on how to get dressed in fashion and look elegant. Recently, I'm getting inspired from Bethany's #BackToSchool videos and they're really helpful and will make you look fab!

My hair are a mess and I always have problem with them, but I found this amazing video of Beth and my life changed! I used to wear a ponytail and a ribbon everyday, but I got bored to see me always like this.

I don't put make-up on school because I don't have time and schools in Greece are quite strict. But, if I was to put make-up, I'd choose something natural that will make my face look clear and healthy. Bethany has the answer again!

So, that's all about school! I'm going there in 11st September and, as I said, I'm not into this. What about you? Did you started school? If not, when do you start? Are you feeling up or down about it? Let me know in the comments and ask me whatever you want!
